COMPUTER AND INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGER

  

RESPONSIBILITY:

• plan, direct, coordinate activities in such fields as electronics data processing, Information system & Systems analysis 
• Manage backup, security and user help systems.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
• Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers.
• Stay abreast of advances in technology.
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.

REQUIREMENT:

• STPM/A Level with minimum 2 principals
• Pass Foundation/Pre-University/Matriculation in related field and pass SPM/SPVM with 5 credits including English and Mathematics (excluding other language, religious and moral studies)
• Pass Diploma in related field

IT OFFICER

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Undertake tasks associated with computer systems technical support.
• Undertake tasks associated with computer networks technical support.
• associated with software development, installation, maintenance and support.
• Provide advice to clients.
• Undertake investigations related to information technology planning.
• Undertake general help centre tasks, including problem solving and providing operational advice to clients.

REQUIREMENT:

• U niversity Degree in Computer Science.
• A+ certification or equivalent desirable.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications with proven test(s) of English i.e.: TOEIC, TOEFL
• Demonstrated experience with installation, configuration and usage of Windows Server 2003/2008, XP/Windows 7, Microsoft Office Professional, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Demonstrated expertise in Windows network client configuration, including TCP/IP, LAN, Router, Firewall, DHCP and WINS configuration.
• Experience with virus and spyware scanning and problem resolution.
• Experience with SQL 2008.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and replacing components and peripherals for desktop and notebook PCs.
• Experience using imaging software for the rapid deployment of standard PC configurations to various PC architectures.

VIDEO EDITOR

RESPONSIBILITY:

• The video editor will be responsible for filming in the field, assisting in producing and editing of clips, videos and stories. 
• The successful candidate will manage several projects at once, multi-task and prioritize assignments and schedules.
• Able to handle Graphic Design jobs from concept to execution
• A team player with strong conceptual and design skills
• Working closely with the team to understand company product, branding or corporate design needs and gather information and data to clarify design issues
• Able to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines
• Must be disciplined, resourceful and focused with a positive attitude
• Highly responsible with jobs in hand
• Able to handle project from conceptualization to final video production
• Able to execute motion graphics and video editing
• Keeps abreast with new trends in content & technology in motion graphics and video production

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of recent and relevant field experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in Motorsports
• Storytelling instincts, editorial judgment and writing skills required
• Ability to shoot video using DV cameras
• Ability to edit on non-linear software such as Final Cut or Premiere Pro,Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,     Adobe InDesign in both PC & the Mac operating system
• Available to work during weekends (race weekend)
• Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese will be an added advantage

WEB PROGRAMMER

RESPONSIBILITY:

• In charge of understanding user requirement, technical requirement and to interpret the requirements into actual development plan
• Control web system development and enhanced with new features
• Further test the deployed system to ensure it operates smoothly in the real environment
• Analyze and support the existing system deployment and to make necessary changes as requested.
• Design, develop and support Web system Applications
• Responsible for system requirement studying, analysis, architectonic  designing, developing and maintaining Web system solutions
• To provide innovative ideas and make improvements to current development process in order to enhance the working environment and further increase productivity.
• To do research and implementation of new technology/methodology/process to drive continuous performance and quality improvement of web system solutions.
• Utilize programming skills to support media change requests on existing software applications.
• Producing project and technical documentation, user manual and training materials
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree , Master Degree , PHD in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): C Language/C++ Language ,PHP, SQL, HTML.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently, positive minded, analytical, good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Minimum of 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
